We hope you don’t have to use it but, in case you do, we’ve outlined our complaints procedure. If ever there is a problem, you’ll know how we’ll handle it, and how to escalate if you’re still not satisfied.
Ensure that our products and services comply with industry registration rules, standards, and relevant laws
